Lee Jacobson, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Nesco, Lee Jacobson is responsible for leading the strategic growth of the organization. Mr. Jacobson has nearly 20 years of equipment rental industry experience, having joined Nesco as CEO in 2012. Previously, Mr. Jacobson spent more than a decade in various leadership roles at Terex Utilities Division, including Vice President & General Manager, Vice President of Commercial Operations, Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Business Development. Earlier in his career, he served as an Executive Vice President at Pacific Utility Equipment. Mr. Jacobson received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and is a certified public accountant (inactive) in the state of Oregon.

Josh Boone, Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of Nesco, Josh Boone is responsible for leading the external reporting, investor relations and corporate finance functions for the Company. Mr. Boone has more than 15 years of experience as a public company Chief Financial Officer, with broad experience in corporate and operational finance and a track record of building and leading successful finance departments. Prior to joining Nesco, Mr. Boone was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Patrick Industries, Inc., a publicly traded major manufacturer and distributor of component and building products for the recreational vehicle, marine, manufactured housing and industrial markets. He has additional experience as Chief Financial Officer for Pretzels, Inc. and served in several leadership positions in finance and accounting at Brunswick Corporation. Mr. Boone received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Robert Blackadar, President

As President of Nesco, Robert Blackadar is responsible for sales and operations of the organization. Mr. Blackadar has more than 25 years of equipment rental industry experience, having joined Nesco as President in 2019. Previously, Mr. Blackadar served as Vice President of Operations for BlueLine Rental until its acquisition by United Rentals in 2018. While at BlueLine, Mr. Blackadar helped lead operations for an organization with 114 network locations and 46,000 fleet units. Prior to BlueLine, Mr. Blackadar served as Vice President of Global Sales with Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers, the largest global equipment auction company. Earlier in his career, he also served in various roles at United Rentals and Hertz Rental Equipment. Mr. Blackadar received a B.S. in General Studies from Louisiana State University.

Kevin Kapelke, Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer of Nesco, Kevin Kapelke is responsible for the global operations of the organization. With more than 25 years of equipment rental industry experience, he leads the logistics, fleet support, infrastructure, and safety functions for Nesco, which include a portfolio of more than 4,000 pieces of rental equipment and more than 50 internal and external service locations. Mr. Kapelke is responsible for all equipment maintenance, repair programs, fleet compliance and coordination. Prior to joining Nesco in 2012, Mr. Kapelke served as a Divisional and Regional Vice President in Canada for HERC Rentals, a global equipment rental company, where he was responsible for a network of more than 50 branches and 650 team members. Mr. Kapelke attended the University of Washington from where he holds a B.S. in Business Administration.

Todd Barrett, Chief Accounting Officer

Todd Barrett is Nesco’s Chief Accounting Officer and is responsible for leading the external reporting and accounting functions of the company. Previously, he was an engagement director for the accounting advisory firm, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP from January 2019 to June 2019. Prior to joining CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, he was a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP from July 2008 to December 2018, prior to which he held multiple managerial roles at the firm for over a decade.

Dennis DePazza, Chief Development Officer

As Chief Development Officer of Nesco, Dennis DePazza is responsible for the sourcing, design and implementation of initiatives that support the ongoing growth of Nesco. With more than 30 years of equipment design, sales and rental experience, Mr. DePazza heads all acquisition and greenfield business development for the organization. Mr. DePazza has played a critical role in the ongoing growth of Nesco, having led the completion of 4 strategic acquisitions since joining the Company in 2012. Prior to joining Nesco, Mr. DePazza worked for Terex Utilities in a similar capacity as the head of business development and marketing strategy where he was instrumental in expanding Terex Utility’s business portfolio. Mr. DePazza has a degree in Marketing from Linfield College and a degree in Electrical Design from Lane Community College.

Chris Hulse, Chief Digital Officer

As Chief Digital Officer of Nesco, Chris Hulse is responsible for implementing digital solutions and leading Nesco’s marketing and IT departments. Mr. Hulse has nearly 20 years of business development and digital transformation experience. Previously, Mr. Hulse served as Digital Transformation Advisor for Platinum Equity’s operations group, where he worked directly with Platinum’s portfolio companies on the identification, development and execution of change management and digital transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hulse was Chief Digital Officer of BlueLine Rental, an equipment rental company, where he was responsible for advancing digital expertise and the implementation of transformational solutions across all departments. In addition, he also led the marketing department as Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Hulse received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from The State University of New York, Oneonta.

Mike Turner, President of Parts, Tools and Accessories

As President of Parts, Tools and Accessories, Mike Turner is responsible for the sales and operations of the Parts, Tools and Accessories business, including the OEM and Test and Repair products and services. Mr. Turner joined Nesco in June 2020 and brings over 25 years of experience in the distribution industry. Prior to joining Nesco, he was with Anixter, Inc. as its Regional Vice President of Sales for the Mountain region. Mr. Turner received his B.S. in Finance from Northeastern Illinois University and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Turner is also a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Tim Bryan, Senior Vice President of Rental & Sales

Tim Bryan is Senior Vice President of Rental & Sales in Nesco’s Equipment Rental & Sales segment and is responsible for leading the company’s regional sales operations for each of the company’s end markets. From 2016 – 2019, he was the President of Nesco’s Rail, Light & Sign, Telecom (“RLST”) division. Prior to joining Nesco, he spent nearly 18 years at Herc Rentals, a global equipment rental company, where he served as a senior executive in the industrial sales group. Tim has a B.S. in Business Administration from Purdue University.

Heath Northcutt , Vice President, Sales and Rental – Southern United States

As Vice President of Sales and Rentals at Nesco, Heath Northcutt manages the sale and rental of equipment for the Company’s operations in the southern United States. His role also includes responsibility for key strategic customer accounts within the Transmission & Distribution industry. With more than 25 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, Mr. Northcutt is responsible for rental operations in South Central, Gulf States, Southeast and North Central regions. Prior to joining Nesco in 2015, Mr. Northcutt served as the Director of Sales at Senco, a company specializing in construction fastening systems. Mr. Northcutt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Northern Kentucky University.

Michael Schlessinger , Vice President, Sales and Rental – Eastern United States

As Vice President of Sales and Rentals at Nesco, Michael Schlessinger manages the sale and rental of equipment for the Company’s operations in the eastern United States (covering the Eastern, Mid-Atlantic and Southern regions). Mr. Schlessinger has more than 25 years of experience in the equipment rental industry. Prior to joining Nesco in 2017, Mr. Schlessinger held operations and sales leadership roles at Herc Rentals, United Rentals and Garden State Bobcat. He was also a key member of the senior leadership team at Tavant Technologies, an internet start-up who revolutionized the relationships between manufacturers, dealerships and rental companies in the heavy equipment industry. Mr. Schlessinger earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from The College of Wooster.

Beth Steffen , Vice President, Sales and Rental – Western United States

As Vice President of Sales and Rentals at Nesco, Beth Steffen manages the sale and rental of equipment for the Company’s operations in the western United States. With more than 35 years of equipment rental industry expertise, Ms. Steffen is responsible for rental operations in the Northwest, West Central, Southwest and the Mountain States. Prior to joining Nesco in 1998, Ms. Steffen served in a variety of managerial roles at UELC, an equipment rentals company acquired by Nesco.

Douglas Keller , Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and M&A

As Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and M&A, Douglas Keller leads planning, forecasting and cash flow management, as well as mergers and acquisitions for Nesco. Previously, Mr. Keller led the acquisition effort for Republic Services’ Energy and Environmental Services division. Prior to this, Mr. Keller spent over a decade as a finance and M&A professional at Houlihan Lokey, Lazard, ABN AMRO and EY. Mr. Keller received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and dual bachelor’s degrees in commerce and law from the Australian National University.
